Yeah this isn't the case. You need both. Way, way easier to consume calories than it is to work it off. And that's not really the aim of it anyway. You don't want to just level shit out. You wanna be healthy. Don't create cheat codes for yourself. I mean enjoy good, horribly unhealthy food from time to time. But not all the time, and not everyday.
And also if you drink a lot, stop doing that. Drinking adds so many calories. I try to keep to two shots of whiskey or two beers when I'm drinking. Any more and self control goes out the window and I eat and drink everything in sight. GABA hunger is real -
