DHEA - had to buy this in Northern Ireland, as our brave Doctors down here have made it prescription only in order to keep us safe - which means, in reality, illegal, since no Doctor knows what it does and none of them will prescribe it easily. I hear krill oil has a very great DHA/EPA ratio, but it's expensive as fuck right now. I'm hoping it gets cheaper. Quality fish oil is expensive enough. -

Obviously you can do things to help mitigate it but it is literally a matter of the bullshit flowing inside your skull. Even if you're in the best place in your life, it will still impact you.

You are not a doctor. §m£ÂgØL is not a fucking doctor. Usually people suffering from depression aren't doctors (med students are not doctors). People suffering g from those issues are doing so because they are failing to cope with them. They obviously need outside help beyond Niggasin General.
That's not what I said. I never said nobody should go to the doctor. That is completely out of your mouth. I said I had qualms about it, because a lot of people get diagnosed and then act like victims when their situation is totally fixable through hard work. Because, as I've said, these doctors exist only to diagnose and treat people with mental illnesses. It's not like a physician where they can objectively tell you something about your body. -
