Kerch strait bridge. To me it looks like the damage when the structural steel inside the concrete starts corroding with chemicals in the concrete and expands. Typical Russian engineering.
concrete spalling doesnt look like that.
this looks more like its caused by the bridge see sawing on it or moves laterally forward and back.

now lets see data from the real world instead of limited, NDAs restricted, selective clinical trial datas.
