Washburn University of Law, for my Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies; while, simultaneously getting a Certified Paralegal Associate's degree.
Now possibly University of Colorado for something-- Not really sure yet? Maybe either learn to be a nutritionist or a medical esthetician to work in a plastic surgeon's office, are things that are, now, sparking my interests to study. I'm one who ALWAYS has to be LEARNING about something. -

I always snack on sliced b.peppers/pepperoni and I buy the pre cut tuscan kale/onion package pre cut cause I cook with it a lot. so, I didn't have to slice anything-- just grabbed from the fridge- and BAM. it's done.

sauted some kale, onion, orange peppers & a little left over pork loin roast into 2 scrambled eggs, topped with a little cheddar cheese/pepper. turned out pretty good. -
