I kno someone who stole his dead grandmother's rings from his family for drug money and they kinda disowned him. Things like that are pretty terrible but I subscribe to the "love the sinner hate the sin" approach although there's a point where you're just enabling. I worry about my son having mental health and addiction issues but I know either way he'll be a phenomenal human being.

I know someone who comes from a super Christian family and has brothers who are literally cops and preosts and he's a junkie who lives in a shelter and his family has turned their back on him despite being hardcore Christians. Weird stuff

I like how there's a labor shortage and inflation and a drop in real wages. It affects the poorest people the most and I've definitely seen the effects. I'm posting this from a restaurant in a strip mall and I can to outside and throw a rock and probably hit a spot where there are about a dozen tents. Last night another homeless guy who apparently lives in a tent across from this encampment tried to buy crack off me because I was driving a vehicle that looks like a black crack dealer would drive. I spend like 500 a week in gas and I cannot fault anyone for stealing at this present time
