I think it's near Brockville or something, either way there's a statue of Isaac Brock (or Lou Brock, not the baseball player or frontmab for modest mouse, the general who beat yoy guys in the war of 1812) or someone with a similar surname. It's not far to paddle tbh. Don't know of any places near there that are drivable across but there are a bunch from Vermont to Quebec, you just might have an 6 hour drive after, no biggie
