So you have no problem with the substances themselves but you are concerned about the problems associated with them? then you should understand making any drug illegal does nothing to help public health and costs the system far more than treating addiction and deregulation.

They even track what you delete when you type something to study self-censorship. "They" (it) know every single habit of every user. How long you view something. What you click and respond to. What and who you ignore. Everything.
It isn't about some dudes knowing your email address, it's about feeding the AI every notion of human interaction. It can control what kind of information gets to you, ghost certain pages and friends and influence your mood by showing you stuff that doesn't interest you. You get bored. It can show you stuff that will engage you in angry debates and piss you off. It can show you horrible news and make you fearful.
The AI will grow and outsmart the brainpower of the entire human species combined soon.

Unlike you I was never physically and mentally raped by the Catholic church in general and a creepy old priest specifically, so the threat of hell is unintimidating.

Why just pets? There are parents who believe their kids are going to hell. Can you imagine?
I know; pets are just cuter.
I do like to think of the funerals for known atheists and non-believers that the parents still have in church and the whole service is about God's grace even though it's painfully obvious the person didn't believe and God's grace wouldn't actually cover that and in fact according to their beliefs their child, as you said, is, in fact, burning in hell. Haha

That's fair but science and religion aren't mutually exclusive. Science is an incredibly important thing to believe in but so is a human cause for good as wished for by an entity greater than ourselves.
I don't fundamentally believe it's about a human cause for good. I think people can be plenty good without god. There shouldn't have to be [insert equivalent of hell] for people to be good. It would just be nice to know that somewhere out there, there's someone looking out for me. Who makes sure i'll make it even through the worst times. And who has a place for me after death. That would be real nice, you know?

God, Allah, Lord etc are all an unfathomable concept, if you agree that you can't fathom it you accept that it can exist. My faith wanes and strengthens sometimes. I find It's easier to find a higher power in yourself by being alone and letting things wash through you (and also actually thinking about the world and your life) and then you gain an understanding of what that power means to you. Fuck it could even be climate change ffs, you can say it's all scientifically proven 100% but it isn't and nothing can be purely broken down into math. Or it could be the intelligent design of mathematics and the being that created the need for it in the first place. If you seek God you will find him. If you do your best to refute any chance of his existence because you have a neckbeard, a fedora and a copy of the scopes monkey trial in hardcover, you're going to be enlightened by your own euphoria.
I think about the world and my life a lot and in general. The Universe too and the shear scale of things. And it's beautiful and wonderful, the Universe that is. But it feels empty and lonely and kind of pointless without God.

I can't bring myself to believe in any higher power and it makes me sad. So i guess, confirmed but in reverse.

Get over it, bruh. I know, I know... she took your virginity, pulled a gun on you and tried to trick you into raising her child but look on the bright side. Without that happening you would have never played the ukulele for the geese and written the most mysterious book of all time.
Forgive her.
