I've seen some pretty horrible units...none with the number of infractions you suggest. Patients using a PICC line don't have syringes in trash cans...the head ward nurse would not allow it. Plus soaking pills with hot water in syringes leave a different insertion mark that would be noticeable in your condition to any trained staff member and what you're probably doing is using a BINKY like in prison or stolen items. Even minimal bacteria on the head from a discarded syringe would eventually cause a reaction and you sound full of shit.
