The governor makes the calls in the states. Just like trump couldn’t make the cities open up from lockdown, although he thought he could. ONLY the governor makes that call. It is not trumps call to send in anyone. -

Oh, so on the front of their vests it says police. Nowhere on their uniform are they identified as national guard. As a matter of fact they are called federal officers.
