Ummm, this how the election has worked for years. It is different because of the enormous amount of absentee/early ballots. But most states have had it set for years, that if your ballot is postmarked by Nov 3, it will be counted. Nothing new here. -

Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania are nowhere near fully counted. There are 2 million votes out there from the Philadelphia area, yet to be counted. It’s way too early to say much. -
