Poison would be something like cyanide. I don't get high from cyanide but I can use it to make benzyl cyanide to make p2p and reduce that to methamphetamine which is not a poison but does have some neurotoxic effects if abused.
But smoking weed protects the brain against the harm of oxidative stress of stimulant abuse so I haven't noticed any serious damage in my 5 years of hardcore drug abuse.

Good, the farther away from society the better. I like to do it on a night I'm partying and if you think you hear something and go to investigate the strange noises you probably won't notice the fresh crowbar marks on your door, most people don't at 2-3am when they aren't expecting to be examining their doors with any detail.
That's when I'm just getting started though and if you think you can awake longer than me than I can just come back the next day, and the day after that until you are on the phone with the police demanding a patrol car outside your house at all times to protect you from this crazy internet tweeker but the cops just think you're crazy! -

One of my favorite tried and true tricks is using a rig to turn the handle/knob with more force than normal which destroys the lock mechanism and handle quickly and quietly.
