Go to a grocery store with a pharmacy that sells OTC meds, have a basked and shop like normal, go to the pharmacy and put as much drugs as you can take in under 60 seconds in the basket. Bring a knife with you to cut open the boxes, security wrapper, child proof seals and chug all the pills and cough syrup as fast as possible and wash it down with water, put the basket down and get the fuck out.
Even if security gets you the drugs will already be in your system and they will have to deal with a dude puking and tripping in the holding room. I used to cut open all the pills right in front of other shoppers and chug it in the middle of the aisle and nobody had any idea.
People don't really expect you to be chugging large amounts of cough and cold medicine in the middle of a grocery store so you sort of just blend in with the crowd.
