There same reason why anyone who pushes a certain "diet" is full of shit because there are so many factors, genetics, upbringing, lifestyle, random variation, climate, nutriant avaibility, mental cycle whatever that contribute to what your body needs.
Im just saying, there are people who are aware of themselves and what they need, and people who are oblivious. THEN, there's people who shame you for being whatever you find suits you the best. To me, the choice between being obese and being a little underweight is an obvious one.
at least being skinny you aren't actively offending the people around you with your cheese puss feces fumes and breaking people's chairs and constantly complaining about the temperature and how small my car is. -
