Do more than a heroic. Take 7-10 grams.
It could justa been because my shrooms was 3 years old, but halfway in my last trip it just got stuck at the ego death phase.
And i can sum up that stage in quite a few words: Horrifying, dreadful, and not the mention the feeling of intense damnation, "The feeling of dying"
This is usually pretty standard imo, except for the fact that i was stuck in this stage for 2 hours last time. It was awful, worst feeling ever + i was getting tired but the shrooms wouldn't let me fucking sleep. So i was stuck there, in bed, with a body to stoned to move, and i was watching my family standing around my dead and naked corpse. I was fucked, i was dead, nothing mattered.
My body also had a gnarly feel to it, hard to put your finger on. Not painful but really discomfortable.
The thought of being stuck at this stage of the trip forever would be enough to make anyone suicide. And the thought did occur to me.
I couldn't fucking get out, and couldn't think of a way to do so because my brain was so far out that it made thinking impossible. Eventually you just fucking accept that its gonna kill you and you move to the next phase from there, but it didnt.
I grind my shrooms down and mix em with lemon juice and then leave it together for like 15 minutes and then drink it all down in a go.
The only reason for this is so the shroom "kicks fasters" and for some also the subjective feeling of it "kicking harder".
Basically the lemon juice is just a substitute for stomach juices. It breaks down the psilocybin into psilocin so that your stomach don't have to do it.

So anyway, moral of the story.
Take at least a few grams more than you planned on.
Buckle up, cuz its gonna be hell of a ride.
Even tho you feel like you'd dun for, remember that you're just tripping and it will pass.
I'm gonna do it again in a 2 weeks time, it was pretty awesome til i got stuck. -
