Full wet-bar comfortably accessible from the tub. ( Mug froster, ice maker, can/bottle refrigerator, beer taps, mixers and olives/cherries all that stuff.

640+ acres of land with some terrain, creek/river/stream, and timber on it in Kansas, Missouri, or Oklahoma. Would buy or lease some heavy dirt-moving equipment to build my air-strip, rifle range, lake, huge berm around the entire property for a stone fence to sit atop.
Would build a few nice hangars, a cozy cabin, and huge garage/shop.

Custom autos by tim 6-door brand new excursion;
Kirkham aluminum cobra replica ( 427FE motor );
Dodge Travco;

Would probably leave the travco at or near airports where ever I was skiing or riding dirt-bikes. Fly-in to airport and then drive the RV to the dunes or mountain.
Plenty of rifles, shotguns, revolvers, and autos. Maybe a .308 mini-gun to mount on a Jeep, just to piss off Zanick. Build an elaborate, beautiful sporting-clays course. It can be open to the public, but I would install night lighting and be able to use it myself 24/7.
Probably operate arcades, water-parks, amusement rides where they are lacking ( no idea where to go play pinball in my home-town, etc ).
