took a while to be able to learn the flying joystick and not crash while in dogfights. I'd play that fucking thing for hours. so much fun. BFNam kind of sucked.. the map was too small for the jets but when you had to hike, it was brutal.
There was another game from the same period, Star Wars: Rogue Squadron, which had an unbelievable "real-life" feel while you are flying around over the landscape. It was like you were actually in a real fighter conducting attacks on the ground and air. The causal visual relationship/contrast between movement on the ground and movement in the air was incredible and extremely genuine.
some states have a law passed that if someone calls for an overdose they cant prosecute for the person's drug possession. this is exactly why people die without getting narcan'd due to this fear
