A socio/psycho is someone with ASPD. A narcissist is a type of person with ASPD. There are two types of narcissists.
ASPD is not synonymous with psycho/sociopath. ASPD simply means antisocial personality disorder which can include psycho/sociopathy, narcissism, and sadism. Those three are most recognized. -
