Was a lot easier to kick when I started doing interval sprints that make you feel like you're suffocating and when I temporarily quit drinking. Now I only smoke maybe 3 cigarettes every week or two (only when I drink).
- Sugar - I brainwashed myself into visually morphing those delicious cakes/ice creams/cookies into literal shit and diarrhea, because that's exactly what I would get after eating that stuff.
