Live comedy is always much funnier than watching it on TV etc. I've been to quite a few comedy shows in my time and enjoyed them all.
I'd buy tickets and go if I was you...it should be new material if he's doing a comedy club tour rather than stuff you've seen already...although that did happen to me one time, I saw a chick comedian live and she did exactly the same material that I'd seen her do on TV a few months earlier.

I second the Timberland pros, I've had a few pairs and they've always been really comfortable, probably more than most tennis shoes I've had and they last for years which is good because I usually wear out footwear.

Yes and no, closed on it but then it turned out to be illegally split and that made the title illegal as well...the title company didn't catch it...so the deal ended up having to be unwound.
As it turned out it was a blessing in disguise as I'm now moving to Kansas City in the new year and land is plentiful and cheap there so I'm excited to be land hunting soon. I've been told you can get a nice 5 acre plot for under 50k.
