That's right...a brand new set. I've booked the appointment for 4pm this afternoon at Firestone. What prompted this turn around from buying used tires?...well if all goes well in the next 3 months or so my commute will no longer be through the city but 50 miles in from rural Tejas. I figure until I get a feel for the drive, the roads and the commute I want new tread to tread this new path on.
I'm not ruling out a return to used tires in the future...It just feels right to have a full tread pattern for roads unknown.
