Arizona also has a lottery for the class 6 license which allows unlimited liquor sales, no food requirement, and package sales (carry out). The previous owner is 71 years old and still owes $200,000. If you want to know his reason for selling at that price I could ask but I don't care. That was his first offer and I jumped on it. With a staff of 22 and an average weekly food order cost of $50,000 not to mention the liquor costs (alcohol accounts for about 55% of gross sales) there is a lot coming off of the monthly gross. I hope to increase profit margins by decreasing waste, proper portion control, and increasing the efficiency of the staff and reducing the need for 22 people. -

It's a class 12 license. Which means 40% of your sales must be food. They are $2400. -
