And again, impeachment isn't a criminal trial. None of those are criminal charges. He could be impeached for murder and it still wouldn't be a criminal charge. The criminal conviction happens in a different court. This is why Nixon was prematurely pardoned after resigning. The impeachment trial stopped right there. It was additional trial he was afraid of.
There was no obstruction of justice in the Mueller report. -

Also there is a treaty between the US and the Ukraine that deals with cooperation between US and them in regard to corruption and investigating corruption.
The prosecutor that Biden got fired was investigating Burisma while Hunter was serving on the board. Between Biden's bold brag about with holding aid unless the prosecutor was fired and the treaty there was and still is legitimate cause to investigate Biden and the actions of past Ukrainian officials. Add to that the fact that the Ukrainian president recently won office in a landslide victory (over 73%) by campaigning against the corruption in his nation by past administrations the phone call was not only perfectly natural it was perfectly legal. -

2019 - Donald Trump had two articles of impeachment against him for obstruction of justice and abuse of power. It passed the house, so he was impeached, but did not pass the senate, so he was not removed. Additional articles of impeachment being drafted. No criminal charges.

Those will be dispersed in about two weeks, I have the form I need to send to the beneficiary department of the bank. Monday I get it notarized, mail it it to the bank, and in 10 to 14 business days I'll have that check. The other $250,000 Should be dispersed by no later than the middle of May.
