Article and section please. I’m not gonna read a fucking dictionary because you’re too lazy to actually try and prove your point

    Article 1 and Article 2.
  5. Where does it say Trump is personally and legally obligated to do fuck-all for Ukraine? Show me that part
  6. This just says “shall have”. Shall, not must
  7. Splam African Astronaut
Again you're impeaching Trump for doing his fucking job.
If he wasn't doing his job, and willfully overlooking possible corruption in Ukraine, then he should be impeached.

Shall or must, he's simply overlooking possible corruption that just so happens to be the son of his political opponent. This is not illegal.

He never actually withheld aid. If you're impeaching him based on intent, well then Bill Clinton intended on getting his dick sucked. It's too vague would never stand up in an actual court.

It’s more like he made a request, a literal quid pro quo (which has been proven through testimony by those with direct knowledge), for the Ukrainian government to launch a personally beneficial investigation into his political opponent, in return for things that Ukraine wanted. And if they didn’t do what he asked for, they would not get those things
  9. Originally posted by Splam He never actually withheld aid.

Yes he did, he released it immediately after the whistleblower came out lol.

And it wasn’t just the aid, there were other things Trump was offering Ukraine

Our media take their cues from the New York Times and other "prestigious" publications, no joke. Whatever slant they decide on our media just follows along, like tame morons.

He made a request in line with the anti-corruption agreement with Ukraine.
Him jokingly saying withholding aid put no pressure on Ukrainian officials and they've admit to this.
Biden actually did withhold aid from Ukraine till they did as he said.

I just double checked on this, sorry I was wrong.

He withheld the aid and then released it 2 days after 3 house committees launched an investigation into the hold

There was no joking about it. Trump directed Rudy Giuliani to work with Gordon Sondland, the US ambassador to the EU, to coordinate the quid pro quo with Ukraine. Sondland, a Trump donor and Trump appointee, literally testified to this in front of Congress on national tv

What if Hunter Biden is actually corrupt? Then Trump is innocent. Hence in order to convict Trump you must clear Hunter.

In any case, if Trump becomes a criminal for talking about withholding aid, then Biden should be convicted for actually withholding aid. Common law.
  16. Even if there was any legitimate basis for Trump to request the Biden investigation, which is a dubious proposition at best, there is literally no justifiable reason to tie that request to releasing the aid, giving Zelensky a White House meeting, etc.
  17. And again he didn’t just talk about it. He actually did it. For months lol. He only released it within days of the start of an investigation into the hold
  18. Splam African Astronaut
Again you can't criticize Trump for that, to the point you want him removed from office, without acknowledging Biden's past behaviour.
You have to prove hard intent. If spewing out a sentence could criminalize anyone, we'd all be in prison.

If Hunter Biden has nothing to hide, what is he afraid of?

Obama would be right to investigate Trump's foreign business ventures too if they showed signs of corruption (which I'm sure they all do). No democrat would disagree with that. Not to mention all these politicians have way more than enough money to launch private investigations into each other and I'm certain they all do.
