This is consistent with Officer Kueng’s observation at the scene that Floyd was foaming at the mouth and, as found at autopsy, that his lungs were “diffusely congested and edematous.”
In other words, like a drowned man, Floyd’s lungs were filled with fluid. And that was the obvious and inescapable reason why Floyd kept shouting over and over again that he couldn’t breathe even when he was upright and mobile.
The memorandum ends with Dr. Baker’s devastating conclusion that “if Floyd had been found dead in his home (or anywhere else) and there were no other contributing factors he [Dr. Baker] would conclude that it was an overdose death.”
Translation: this toxicology report drives a stake through the heart of our murder case. How do we justify criminally charging these police officers and explain away our colossal screw-up?

Anyone, either from this site or not, taking a similar convocation of drugs that Floyd took, and then is narcissistic and selfish enough to get behind a wheel and drive absolutely deserves to die. At that point you are an imminent threat the everyone on the road and most people not on the road.
Going further, if like Floyd, anyone on this site is stopped by the police in their vehicle then refuses to follow basic police instructions to keep their hands on the wheel - if they were shot I would laugh at how retarded they were.
Floyd's death was decided earlier in that day, it looks like it's very unlikely anything the police did to Floyd helped his incoming death arrive a bit faster. He would have died with or without police, unless perhaps he crashed into a hospital entrance.

Officer should get away with it and will. I don't know how the fuck they think second degree murder is an appropriate charge and they choose that after the prosecutor would have seen the body cam footage.
I also don't know how they could possibly go with misconduct or negligent manslaughter. Everything was by the book and they even call emergency services for him before he was on the ground.

You are largely correct.
The recovery for economy is critical for the next few months as well as the handling and narrative around the lock-down that caused the economy to shutter in the first place. Trumps "Reopen America" is a positive narrative vs the democrats "Shut it all down, curtail liberty" in the name of a virus that every day is showing to be less and less dangerous as previously thought.
I'm giving Biden a 25% chance to have an election losing meltdown during the debates. I would not be surprised if the democrats try and cite covid as a reason to have online debates where Biden can cheat and use a teleprompter. Trump has maybe a 2% chance of something awful happening during the debates that sink his re-election. Remember the majority of democrats are not voting for Biden because they like him, but rather because he is their only option. It won't take much to push voters into either not showing up or switching for team Trump.
The BLM riots as you say are helping Trump. The longer they go on and more crime skyrockets the better for him. Eliminate welfare for single parents, or drastically reduce it. This will incentivize marriage and help fix the ridiculous levels of fatherless black homes. Boys raised by a single woman is probably the largest cause of gang-violence in america.
Culturally shame Ebonics and whatever else black communities think pass as the queens English. The fact that a Chinese foreign student can speak English better than black native citizens is shameful.
Increase funding to never before seen levels of the police force in these communities. Make it so any wanna be gangbanger can't walk ten feet without tripping over an armed officer. Yes, poverty causes crime not being black, but while black communities are hotbeds of poverty and crime, the state has a duty to be there in force.
End the war on drugs, or at the very least, legalise weed.
No tolerance or serious political platforms given to any black person crying about systematic racism holding anyone back. This is America. The average black person in america probably has more opportunities to succeed than 80% of the worlds population. The only verifiable systematic racism in place today is affirmative action which massively benefits black people.
Speaking of. End affirmative action. If you treat lack black people like democrats do, as inferior beings that need a systematic racist structure to help them out, they'll start believing it (and have) and start blaming everything bad on the big bad white man.
There have been some grievous and horrible offences committed against blacks in the last 100 years. Is is now 2020, it's time to stop entertaining conspiracy theories of systematic racism and white supremacy.
