– St. Petersburg, Florida, US. A 38-year-old man was found dead and with burns to 80% of his body inside of his residence. The decedent was found lying on the bedroom floor, with flames partially covering the room. After firefighters removed him from his residence, he was pronounced dead in the front yard. The decedent had burns covering a large portion of his body, and a wound was present to his face. Postmortem radiographs revealed the electronic cigarette device was found within the cranium.

I can't remember when I signed up for NIS, but it was a long time ago. Things have changed: I don't live in my parents' basement anymore. I've been in a stable, long-term relationship for nearly 8 years. I don't really do drugs or drink anymore, although not for any particular reason (I guess finances, but if I wanted to I could make it work).
Besides those differences though, I'm mostly in the same place I was when I signed up. Things have changed, but they've also stayed the same. I very well may start smoking meth tomorrow, and smoke it every day for the next year straight if the mood strikes me. I have the freedom to do so, if I so choose. It would not disrupt or negatively impact my life in any meaningful capacity to go on a years long bender. My life has crystallized into stability, but at the heart of that crystal lies a roiling chaos waiting to be unleashed.

How does that lead to a ban? Is telegram really that cucked that they support pedophiles crying about harassment or whatever? Also why can you even report messages on a private chat app like "oh I was having a conversation with someone in private or in a group and they said something ILLEGAL please handle this for me"
I've never heard of discord banning specific accounts even when it's proven they are scammers that are involved in illegal content and that's supposedly a leftist blue hair platform that will delete groups for saying "nazi" too much but still i've never heard of anyone actually getting banned
