You'll notice that the majority of the white percentages of overall crime mostly hover around 60-70% and 70% of the population committing 70% of the crime is understandable and logical, can you agree there? It's pure percentages
But 13% of the population committing 30% or more of the crime doesn't conform to that logic.
This has been my entire point and it cannot be refuted regardless of their reasons.
you see there is a few factors involved that you haven't taken into consideration and which blows some seriously big holes in your, finny's and vaders so called statistics. that part where you talk about 13% of population committing 30% of the crime, vader saying 6 out of ten blacks are criminals etc. well the biggest factor that completely messes up your racist claims is known as 'multiple charges'. multiple charges refers to a defendant being charged with more than one crime or multiple counts of the same crime and is an extremely common occurrence. in any court on any day there will be many defendants charged with multiple charges. in fact its not unknown for defendants to be charged with 5 or 10 or even more charges in one go. this fact alone would at least halve the number of people committing all those crimes in your statistics, probably more. then you have to factor in repeat offenders, offenders who after being convicted of an offense, or multiple offences, then go on to commit further offences. to claim that each listed offense related to one separate person is either naive as fuck or straight up calculated to deceive.
then your figures also do not factor in unsolved crimes, unreported crimes and racist cops. its no secret that the majority of cops are white and many are racist. they stop and search black people way more than white people. when a cop drives past 3 white guys and stops the one black guy to find he is wanted or in possession of something, for all anybody knows 1 or 2 of the white guys were also up to something. but that goes unnoticed and so doesn't make it onto the stats and also contributes towards a higher ratio of black prisoners overall.
both these facts contribute massively toward twisting the stats way out of proportion. which means these statistics cannot be relied upon to give anywhere near to an accurate picture in this argument.

It seems pretty uncontroversial that a pharmaceutical company manufacturing like thalidomide for example, knowing the risks and marketing it to pregnant women, is doing something wrong even if its customers understand the consequences. Likewise we shouldn't sell people cars that are going to increase the total deathtoll just to soothe their anxieties (indeed it would even, in aggregate, put such customers at greater risk since they're more likely to be on the other side of that kind of dichotomy). It was surprising how mixed reactions to that case are, a lot of people really believe that there's something wrong with a car that might sacrifice its driver for the greater good.
yeah i'm not paying thousands of dollars for something that will choose to kill me over other people.
besides, a car hitting a bus is unlikely to kill all the occupants of the bus, maybe 2 or 3 at best. fuck am i an heroing to prevent that. fucking tough shit for getting on that bus that day, that's just how it goes.

and for the record no, i still wouldn't judge other black people based on what some do. that's no different to saying so many percentage of all human beings are criminals so i'll have nothing to do with anybody.

but this is what i mean. those things are what the people who are desperately seeking a relationship do. they go getting these ideas in their head of what their ideal partner will be like, like a fucking checklist. it ends up becoming like interviewing job applicants or summing. its like if they decide their ideal person would have blue eyes, they'll then immediately reject anyone with brown eyes without any consideration. unknowingly that perfect person could just happen to be somebody with brown eyes, and they'll never know coz they'll be busy chasing blue eyed idiots like a dog chasing its tail. its not about checklists and criteria's. its about gelling with somebody, you'll usually have a good idea about this within seconds of meeting that person. you will feel it immediately, you'll feel totally comfortable around them, like you can talk about anything and won't feel like you have to put on any mask or pretend to be somebody your not or have to do shit to impress them. and you'll feel that they feel it too. you'll feel that you really enjoy just being in their company. its completely different to being around a chick who is just hot and you're just thinking 'man i really wanna bang her', yet she's a total basic bitch who just jabbers on about dumb shit and is actually pretty annoying personality wise. yeah you can ignore that shit or even play along with it just to get in her pants, but being with her long term would be fucking horrible.
