   Apparently almost all her staff quit within a short while, no one wants to work with her. We do know she's neurotic and lazy. Some people say she's a drunk, she comes across drunk a lot, but maybe that's just how she is. I'm not seeing enough stories about it to think something as solvable as booze is the issue.
