ordering parts now. thinking blue liquid, either neon or solid pastel. I had considered white but all the builds that use white liquid look way too... sperm-banky.

logical progression I guess, it's not especially more expensive to manufacture... that's not to say that they won't be more expensive until it's standard, that's just the way with gayming gear.
I'm more interested in G-Sync/FreeSync - a friend's told me it actually makes a world of difference, but I've not had the chance to try it myself and I'm not really comfortable with spending $1200 on a monitor.

Syria - After Trump's missile strike, Russia shut down the 'deconfliction' line where US and the 'coalition' could report their air activities to Russia and Syria to prevent them being shot down. The New York Times has reported US air operations in Syria have been dramatically cut down.
***I've been reading a bit about what's going on with North Korea, and I don't think there's a whole lot to report yet. US carrier group is chugging away, Pyongyang is actually mid-evacuation right now - Kim is serious. If I were in charge of the US I'd be highly suspicious of China's plans and supposed passive stance.

I also wanted to make the point that Syrian military doctrine didn't allow nerve agents to be used in a conventional conflict - there have been many instances such as when entire towns were taken over by Muslim Brotherhood militants in the 70s and 80s (the inhabitants were evacuated) where nerve agents would bring a fast and conclusive end to the situation.
The reason that Syria developed nerve agents in the first place and likely also the reason why the west was so insistent they be destroyed was as a deterrent to counterbalance Israel's nuclear program. Like nuclear weapons they were never actually intended to be used.
