   honestly, I will usually get chicken breast canned and I'll eat it like that to get my protein, with a few slices of sprouted grains bread thin bit of olive oil butter. idk besides that, I drink lotsa black coffee all day lol

   Yeah, those are called makis. I got makis. Not a fan of nigiri either, like you say it's just a lump of rice with some fish slapped on top of it. I got two chicken makis, one with spicy sauce and the other were a tempura maki with fried salmon and the other was just a salmon maki with raw salmon in it.
