Yee, well a Bola Gun basically fires two steel balls connected with a steel cable at your target. The weight and velocity of the steel balls makes the cable coil around whatever you are shooting at. Like someone's throat. You won't decapitate them probably but they won't have a good time that's for sure.

Working on a space game
If you want to make a visual novel type game i suggest getting RenPy, it's a Python Framework made for the purpose of designing VN's. Basically, artwork, text, some character sprites is all you need. That and some basic coding skills. It's not that hard, in fact if any of you have played Doki Doki Literature Club and liked the concept, you know the mechanic they had where the Monica character would mess with your IRL system and data, i'd be down to build something similar, but better, and better in the sense of way more creepy and intrusive.
We'll notify the players and they'd have to consent to that in order for them to play the game. Would be interesting to dot one or two 'copies' per one hundo with actually malicious software if you're into that kind of stuff.
