He should have given this executive order before the election. That would have been more politically advantageous as well. Remember how MSM was going on about how Trump would steal the election? Well, if he were actually planning to do that he would have shot himself in the foot with this kind of executive order. Furthermore, there would have been no way of attacking it. Now it just seems petty and vindictive. Had he done it earlier he could have also said: See, i'm the law and order guy.
Question for my American friends. The judiciary isn't really beholden to executive orders right? Due to the separation of powers? It may turn out impossible to get the courts to apply the punishment POTUS basically decreed.

It is very likely that the liver breaks down loperamide by cleaving off the part of the molecule that then acts as a heart medicine. Low doses are fine. High doses will cause arrhythmia and cardiac arrest. The great irony of it is that because of the nature of loperamide it might act as an opiate as long as it's intact but it stops doing so once your liver tries to get rid of it. So guess what Naloxone is not an antidote for loperamide overdose.
