Also as Soviet buildings have aged the government has even had to step in to demolish old Khrushchyovkas and build replacement accommodation. Oddly I think the Stalinkas have aged better than than the newer but more cheaper build Khrushchyovkas.

Yes i am nuts. Making AP Putty with TATP and Nitrocellulose dissolved in acetone makes it marginally safer to handle. Also like i said in the other explosives thread i have more than 15 years of experience with dangerous chemicals and both high and low explosives. So you definitely shouldn't try this at home.
Also, it's kind of insane how much TATP will dissolve in acetone. If you ever wanna make giant crystals of death that's one way to do it. But you should only dissolve it with the intention of making AP Putty.
Anyway, i have Ammonium Nitrate and a couple kinds of 'fuel oil', but it's hard sourcing unadulterated H4No3 these days. Crazy part is i have an easier time sourcing KNo3, Hcl and H2So4. And to be honest with you i prefer Picric Acid to AMXX, it's just unfortunate that it's literally toxic.
I much rather deal with a sensitive primary than a toxic secondary, even though Picric Acid is arguably in a category of it's own due to it's sensitivity.
Anyway, imma make a AP Putty charge with a crescent shaped water buffer for my next kaboom, like i was saying i wanna see if i can crack concrete with an oddly shaped water buffer. I would have made a proper breaching charge, but a water buffer hadn't occurred to me when i was making the Putty so now it's set. I'd have to cast it, which is not impossible, just better done with that intention from the beginning. -

In the cities. Like i said you can get a 70 year lease from the government. Interestingly, China had internal passports way before Covid. If you're from the country side you literally can't live in some districts or some cities. -

So you felt you were having a medical issue and checked yourself into the hospital, they did all the tests but you seem to be ok? I am assuming they did CAT scans and MRI's? So no neurological issues.
If your blood work comes back as it ought to be. You should consider mental health. Not saying you're crazy, it might be as simple as an increase in stress from whatever is going on in your life. -

You might have panic attacks. If you're not just being silly when you say you feel like you're God, or in direct communication with God you might be hypomanic.
Panic attacks, hypomania, have you suffered from depression or depressive episodes in the last 6 weeks? Or did these things start after your uncle died? Were you close? Why were you in the hospital may i ask?
