It took on a life of it's own, what is more, it was a long standing tradition for BLTC mods to close the thread when it got to 420 pages. Dream team you know it. BLTC was objectively the best board on Zoklet, BI was good as well. But the atmosphere of knowledge and harm reduction at BLTC made it a very high quality board especially considering we consisted of druggies and social outcasts. -

Have you done the private tracker thing before? I can get you an invite to AB but I'm responsible for my invite tree so you'll need to be able to hold a ratio and avoid HnRs (this generally means having a good-ish internet connection and being able to leave your computer on and seeding more or less continuously)
I have a good internet connection but would prefer not to keep my rig on continuously. I understand this principle though, what kind of ratios are we talking about? -

Is ddr2 ram cross compatible with ddr3? Can I mix them? Guna order a new laptop but it only has 4gb ram so if I can use my old 4gb ddr2 stick it'll save me a bit of money. It's an amd a8 processor with built in radeon r6 graphics, considering all my games are at least 3 years old I assume it'll be pretty good for them
To the best of my knowledge no and no. DDR3 and DDR2 are not cross compatible, you cannot mix them. Only way you can use DDR2 RAM in a rig that came with DDR3 is for the motherboard to support it by ways of separate DDR2 slots. -

My question is more centered around the opposite of stenography. Basically stripping and image or video of that extraneous data. What programs and methods are available for that? Also out of a basic file such as a .mp4 or a .jpg how much of the data is EXIF or other and how much is the video or picture data?
To the best of my knowledge, the metadata of any given media file constitutes only a fraction of all the data contained within. Also, there are a number of tools and scripts that let you remove or modify metadata however a quick google search gave this simple program for windows. And a quick search of github gave this program written in C.

But compiling this all to exe for a command line tool seems a little excessive. It so happens there is also a simple python application that might be useful. If you have the interpreter on your windows box get the requirements if you don't already have them with pip.

Save the source as cleaner.py

Put all the image files you wish to strip exif off in a directory of your choosing. Going by the source, this is how you structure your arguments:
cleaner.py -f C:\Users\TLN\MetaStrip -r
If it throws an error about having an invalid folder consider using double backslash '\\' in your directory structure.
