Also, i hope you mean you want IPs to be visible for your posts and yourself alone. It would be retarded to display everyone's IP at the bottom corner of the post. Also if you just want to know the IP you are on at any given time, get Firefox and get the add on World IP, set it to refresh every minute if you rotate IPs like when you're on TOR. Otherwise just make sure you have a reliable proxy/VPN/whatever and make sure you enable it before you start posting.
In short, displaying IPs in any capacity is retarded. -
