taco bell is actually a really fun place to work compared to most fast food places, because there's not a lot of running around to do, you stand in a line and do your little part, it's hard to fuck up. sanitation is no better or worse, the line will get pretty messy during lunch and dinner, but it's not like your food will touch it, and the gloves get nasty after five minutes so you change them and rinse your hands every chance you get.
there's a reason why taco bell will be the last restaurant standing. -

putting both sour creme and quac on top of each other will cause it to squelch out when bitten. adding the lettuce creates a complex surface border topology between the two liquid, this will retain the filling. -
