Moral is never cuck, not even once.

I'll look more into BitMitigate. It's always good to have an alternative in my back pocket.

Fair enough. Lanny DOES care more about his own ego than the well being of the community as a whole. I'd love to see what his little joke software would do under any actual load.

We HAD vBulletin, but then Lanny gave it up for some shittly coded, feature lacking, crap that he made himself? VB literally has every feature we need and the customization for the features we might want.

Yeah, I'm such a bastard for wanting the site to still be accessible in the rare event it goes down.

inb4 some bullshit: If 4chan can use cloudflare without problem, there's literally nothing any of you can post that would make New Totse at risk by using Cloudflare.

Trump doesn't want to get rid of Mexicans, he wants to get rid of ILLEGAL immigrants. The ones that came here LEGALLY are just fine.

Hella can you tell us a little about your setup? Do you need to pay for Cloudflare? Was it hard to setup? What sort of hosting do you have?

What exactly would you like to know? No, Cloudflare has a free option. No, it wasn't hard to set up. I host it privately on my own connection, mainly because most web hosts seem to have redonk terms of service that I just can't have a community like Totse being a part of.

Not that it really matters though, even if usage of insecure technology is pervasive supporting it in SSL (a technology with the express and singular purposes of security) is meaningless.

You'll note I'm actually defending HDL's setup here. The main reason the Qualys doesn't consider the NiS SSL "A" grade (whatever that's supposed to mean) is because I chose to support older suites on the premise that modern browsers will never prefer weaker ones and in the situation where no "strong" suite is available it's better to permit a "weak" but unbroken suite than deny service. It's perfectly reasonable, however, to make the opposite decision as HDL has (well I mean cloud flare made that decision for him but w/e).

From the sounds of it you care about SSL "grade" as much as I do.

Totse really should have tried to use more of it's energy for creating things.

Tf you mean? Totse made all sorts of shit. It's just all lost to time now because Totse went down like 10 years ago.

Fixed. You couldn't even do a simple SSL test against New Totse. You just decided to ASSUME I was doing some sketchy shit.
  15. Helladamnleet African Astronaut [impartially tyrannize that lentinus]

As you can see from the SSL test, New Totse is actually MORE secure than NiS

Oh, btw, it only doesn't work in browsers without SNI support. It has nothing to do with RC4, which my site doesn't even use. At all.

So Chrome 49 for XP SP3, IE8 for XP, Android Web Browser 2.7.3, some shitty Java browser, OpenSSL <version 1. Every other browser will work just fine.

The client and server don't support a common SSL protocol version or cipher suite. This is likely to be caused when the server needs RC4, which is no longer considered secure.

Bullshit. Let's see a screen shot.

Hella, you ever think about doing textfiles or something similar like Totse did to build traffic?

Yeah I've considered it. That kind of content is sort of community driven though. I'd like to take advantage of the private image hosting available and make visual guides.
