SWIM is a popular man, I personally like him a lot. That being said, not everyone feels the same way but however they do feel strongly, you either really like SWIM or you try not to be near him and keep your bitch ass comments to yourself.

They are forced to try to rapidly clear these back log orders that are not electronically submitted (small counties), and often rely on multiple follow up death certificates.
When you get a death certificate issued for you, your social security card locks up, you can no longer be employed, draw down on government assistance, have an intermediary assist, your banks will begin contacting your personal contacts, and refuse mortgage payments witout explanation. You must go tot he court house, schedule a hearing, and in the interum they have no recourse and often times can't pull more than 100$ out of their bank accounts.
