Threw all roasted ingredients into pot & added some chicken broth cinnamon, 2 tbs sugar, 3/4 cup of heavy cream.
Meal:
autumn soup topped w/grilled chicken, a grilled cheese sandwich, & watermelon.
Rated: an 8/10.

I'm feeling ok. I had woke up with my stomach hurting bad and had a battle for my life in the bathroom first thing waking up. I'm only sharing this because I pooped more than I've ever pooped that I can recall, like ever.
At first I was kind of scared, then I was impressed with myself.
