2022-12-14 at 8:23 PM UTC in One of the best exercises I do.I like to do quarter mile sprints while I'm walking. Basically like a 1:30-2minute quarter mile sprint, then another quarter mile in 4 minutes at normal speed. It's worth noting that all of these distances are estimated based on city blocks, I think 15 blocks is 1 mile, so i figure 4 blocks is a quarter mile including crossing roads.
So I try to do every other walk/sprint/walk/spring for the first mile, then the second mile I try to power walk, then I just do 1 sprint as fast as i can. the whole thing takes me like 30-40 minutes. I found a route where I don't hurt much traffick if I do it between 9am & 3pm during the week when everyones at work -

Does it taste like cartilage?I watch true crime media and I saw one guy in America who was 1.1Paul Wozny's and would lay on little boys as he was sodomizing them and they charged him with assaults with a deadly weapopn after the first kid died cuz (this became US Case Law when it was affirmed by the Appellate District Court) he knowingly used his weight as a weapon knowing that to do such would most likely cause great bodily injury or death to the victim. Which is just lulzy, I fall asleep to this shit and i was half asleep thinking about big brown booties slapping my face and future bank robberies and woke up, hit the back button 3 times and relistened to it, I"ll link it. I think the Paul Wozny clone got like 4 lil boys, suspected on more.
