At one point (before I was 14/2007 when i started buying them) they would give you a grid of coupons (Follow me it's a rabbit hole)
THe grid used would include 1 square for bread, 1 square for milk, etc, so that they could "pick out " all your groceries. Then you'd get voucher dollars which you could use for anything that wasn't alcohol or paper products or hot food.
Obviously amassing a shit load of coupons and sending them in at the end of the month leavers a lot of room for fraud (Shout out to Coupon Guy, RIP) so they switched it over to a card style debit account.
Electronic Balance Transfer/EBT Cards.
Which is slick cuz now yuou can buy monsters, and catfood, bunch of shit. -

What SNES games do you like? I've been doing RPGs but I am also open to Kirby, Pokemon (I will play 1, I downloaded White Version (predictably), and figured that'd be the Pokemon game I try out (I'm only familiar with the first 251 and the White version includes the "first" 500 or something like that with white version having more than black)
idk seemed like it'd be fun.
Do you have an NES style controller? I have two SNES ones that I bought on Amazon prime day and don't use, they work independently of each other and if you're willing to invest like idk 30-90 minutes, like an hour a day to play with me I'll send you a controller on gp.
I use a modded xbox360 controller that I also purchased on Primeday and really like how much better it feels in my arthritic hands.
RN I'm playing Zelda 1 (last dungeon, putting it off), and Chrono's Trigger. Not sure what systems these are all for, as Nintendo put them all on the DS.
IDK if you've been made aware, probably have but worth mentioning if you haven't, you can download every emulator up to DS & ps3 on Vimm's Lair but my tablets so shit that I can't get anything past N64 to play at 30+ FPS. -
