so im just going to be chilling with the coyotes tonight. coyotes kinda treat you like a rockstar when you learn how to howl with them correctly. i play this game where i imitate them till they say something i cant imitate well. a lot of people dont realize it but they actually sing. its really complex and beautiful sounding although somewhat rare to hear it but its one of the coolest things you could ever hear.
theres this one coyote that is real dark, like solid black or dark blue that i always figured was part dog cause it would come around and inspect man made items, less afraid than the usual coyotes. i thought maybe it was trained by the government or something to find drugs or explosives.
the coyotes kind of use us as bait sometimes to give deer a false sense of security, then they ambush them a few dozen feet from us at night, and you hear the young deer screaming as theyre being torn apart.
i always tell them to get me a deer. -

so, i just remembered that you could test this idea, the original one, by taking a vinyl coated steel cable with weights and hooks on it and throw that onto the powerlines. if it doesnt arc through immediately or within a week, the simpler version may work. think of how many you could set up with something like that. loads -

2024-09-29 at 5:20 AM UTC in Causing power outages by throwing wires onto power linesalright, ive figured it out. picture a V with the sides of the V being tubes that point up at angles, and theres five tubes equal distance apart. they hang off the cable from a hook on the center, coming from the bottom of the V. inside each tube is a small amount of gunpowder and a receiver + igniter. attached to the bottom of the tube is a coil of wire or small chain with a weight on one end, which is launched out of the tube as the powder ignites, pulling the wire with it, and it goes up and over the adjacent cable, with hooks on the weight, so no matter which cable it hangs from, it causes a short upon ignititon.
