If an employees function isn’t necessary to the success off that company then they won’t be an employee for very long.
If you’re necessary for a company to function you should be payed a liveable wage. There shouldn’t be people working 60+ hours in this country who can barely afford rent, food, and utilities with 0 room to save money.
