    I know how to make awesome nachos. requires a ninja like blender to heat up cheese with season and blend it then microwave it slowly at 20% for 5 minutes for the perfect nacho sauce.
    
    and I personally like refried for nachos but spicy black beans work great with diced onions and tomato and top with guac and sour cream. I don't like meat on mine. it's too heavy.
