thats my second option but i doubt it plays wii level or even ps2 well. it has its own games and even sitll an active online user base for some of them though.
I remmeber having it and loving to play super nitnendo rpgs like super mariow orld rom hacks on it so for me it was the greatets handheld of all time. but the idea of selling people on portable verisons of console games wiht less features or worse graphics than current gena t the time games on playstation 2 dint do well. why play a lesser version of a game you already own on your tv set. what nintendo did was not make versions of their current console games downgraqded but offered new experiences giving nsotalgia or 2d say platformers that ddint exist anywhere else.

there is a handheld emulation device that plays the wii and all its games perfectly.
