My house is concrete block and zero OSB. The newest houses I've seen are shit-tier OSB and the cheapest building materials available. Some examples 'start at $400k' and based on what I saw myself they're barely worth $150k. They're literally in the swamps.
Yea...no. drywall doesn't go on concrete. There has to be vertical and horizontal studs of some sort to hold the drywall. And the drilling would go into the studs. -
