That NOTAM isn't very specific and seems very...incomplete.
Radiation can also be electromagnetic, such as an emitter of some sort...like radar...or they could be testing some sort of EM emission weapon...who the fuck knows what those fucks are up to half the time.
It's just as likely someone got bored and wrote that up because they wanted to have a fag orgy on the beach and didn't want any witnesses. A couple of weeks, tho...that's a long fuck fest
