Constructing a nuclear bomb is now known, fine tuned and openly available science that can be performed en masse by relatively lower skilled technicians, the manufacturing processes for which can, if needed, be spun up in months.
Except one part, which is enriching the required fissile materials.

If we are being real, they likely already have everything ready to go in some form.
So all relevant militaries already basically assume Iran as a nuclear power, because they basically already are. But they get all the benefits of being on the cusp of but not quite "actually" "having" nukes.
