Syria just shot down two RQ-21As. they've been a staple for surveillance since the Iraq war but they may not be viable anymore given these two were likely worth around 5mil each base. -

Germany has effectively confirmed authenticity by launching a probe into how Russia was able to get that recording, and there's some significant information in there - for example they talk about how the British and French transport missiles for delivery, acknowledge that they've been used on civilian targets and talk about projected volumes and lead times -

They were transferred to the Lebanese Army, and the Dutch government officially acknowledged them and petitioned for (and achieved) their release.
They were guards attached to the Dutch Embassy, and they were collecting data on terrain and possible evacuation routes in case of a major israeli attack. Apparently western governments believe it to be a very serious possibility. -

A source audio file containing what is claimed to be a discussion of a potential German operation to bomb the Crimean Bridge in Russia has been posted online.
The almost 40-minute-long recording features a conversation in German between four people who allegedly hold high-ranking positions within the Bundeswehr, Germany’s armed forces. One of the people recorded in the audio file is supposedly Lieutenant General Ingo Gerhartz – the commander of the national air force.
