normally a killswitch was wired to the ignition line and hidden somewhere, don't think it's done in modern cars.
if you want to fuck with fuses why even add a switch? just pop out the ignition relay when you get out of the car and plug it in when you want to drive again -

since this there have been no recorded flights of US UAVs over the Black Sea, they've been flying over Romania and Bulgaria instead.
as an aside, there have been several new flights detected near the Kalingrad exclave, but it'd be insane to be preparing attacks so it's likely they're doing surveillance to try to analyse the weapons held there. -
