I had friends there. I moved out of Alameda for a while during Highschool to a town called El Sobrante and I would visit friends in El Cerrito which is over the hill and it has some awesome views from the hillside home of the entire Oakland/San Francisco city lines. and the bridges. especially Golden Gate Bridge. another town that is really pricey is called Kensington and it's pretty plush. but El Cerrito has this little traffic circle area with an old-style English or Celtic pub with Celtic food. its really nice. Have Lanny show you the Bear Traffic circle as well and drive up Marin Ave up to Greezly Peak (not far from el Cerrito) and you can park on the side of the road and there is this lookout point people go to, to watch the Sun Set. it's one of the best places to view the sunset over San Francisco and the GG Bridge. I think he knows what Im talking about. Inspirational Point or something like that. its near Tildan Park. -

2022-10-15 at 10:56 PM UTC in I told my mom I'm a gangsterHonestly, Bradley. with a Job-like that, You require several years of college-level business managerial education and then require at least 8 years of solid employment which usually starts of at the bottom to learn inventory and know how things work before being an assistant and then get this position by proving you're the best replacement for the person on the way out. the guy was a Boom or X Gen who retired and there checking to see if they can fill the position with someone equally experienced but doesn't get paid as much otherwise they will most likely hire someone within who has assisted the outgoing person and I can guarantee they're not going to pay that person 32 an hour but offer him a slight raise and better dental and paid leave. nothing more. this is just to bring someone in who maybe makes 27 an hour elsewhere.

I'm applying for jobs doing some complicated things. I wanted a lot/hr. my boy has a business and is willing to verify everything I said in the application.
Folks I'm unsure I know how to do Inventory Management + Scheduling Management + Other Management related to order scheduling Management.
But for 32$ imma try my hardest.
You're going to be grilled by HR and tested on knowledge of how you ran things from your last position related to this one.
before you even get that second interview they will of course do the typical "How would you sell this Pen" to test your ability in management skills which really has nothing to do how well your sales pitch is but it's like an aptitude test sylish outcome.
kind of like the trolly psychological quiz. don't overthink think it. maybe look on youtube for a good answer and also check youtube for a possible related topic of the job and see if there literally is a tutorial style explaining the detail orients most related. don't just go in and get hit with a shitload of questions and hear "Thanks, will get back to you" -

Live off of college. move near Rockridge Bart. goes straight into the city and it's near tons of shopping that's on college ave. or live closer to the Campus. there is also the city of El Cerrito and Albany which is nice too. Move off of Solano Ave where Berkeley and Albany meet. or near the tunnle where Solano eventually turns into Shattuck. it's really nice up there. I dont know if you guys are looking to buy a home or rent but Berkeley has rent caps and you can sometimes fine a nice little apartment at a good deal. -

Alameda is very expensive. but it's a nice little island community. the west side is a bit more urban except the old navy base is building a bunch of new condos and has a great view of San Francisco
Southshore has views of the bay but if you live on the Eastern side of the Island it has some beautiful homes. a ton of Victorian painted sister types and there is a nice area where lots of 1930-40 style craftsman with porches and just Hampton village style homes. Lots of Asians now. lots of Asian restaurants but there are still Italian and Mexican places too.
If you live in Berkeley, Try and get a place in the Hills. the Flatlands is experiencing a lot of crime lately -

Before the people shitting everywhere for the past 15 years or so (It was never that bad pre-2000) San Francisco had dog baggies everywhere. maybe the person figured if the city wasnt forcing cleanup of Humans shitting on the street why should he pick his dogshit up. but the rest of the state has a strict law about picking your dog's shit up or you will be fined. people even put shopping bags near garbage cans for dog walkers to use if they forgot to bring theirs. San Francisco is being run by people who seem to be purposely making it undesirable for older Old Money to move out so their friends can buy in cheap and move in before things suddenly get stricter once again. or not. maybe they just like being true bohemians who love the smell of shit and decaying infrastructure. It always had its bad element areas but was mostly a beautiful and decent city to visit. Its going to happen everywhere eventually -
